The Great Care Co-op is Ireland’s first not for profit worker cooperative set up and run by carers. We stand for Great Care with Great Jobs. Happy Carers = Happy Clients
​We create sustainable employment in the community for care workers with better pay, pensions and benefits. Carers have ownership and a say in the business. We offer older and vulnerable adults in the community excellent home care support that is flexible to meet their needs and support them to live happily in their own home for as long as possible.

The creation of the awareness raising Social Enterprise plaques and landing pages was funded under the 2021
Awareness Raising Initiative for Social Enterprise (ARISE) Scheme.
The scheme, which was set up to help promote Social Enterprises and the positive impact they have on their local communities, is funded by the Department of Rural and Community Development through the Dormant Accounts Fund
