Partas runs a number of traning courses to support and upskill local businesses.
These training courses fill a knowlege gap in the local business community.
A list of current courses is available below.
Partas secured funding from the Department of Justice and Equality, through the Gender Equality European Social Fund (ESF) PEIL programme, to run a 3 year programme offering mentoring and support to budding female entrepreneurs!
Not only will participants avail of wonderful networking support from their peers, they will also acquire accredited skills through the delivery of three QQI modules, including Sales and Marketing Skills, Business Planning and Career Planning.
Partas wants to receive enquiries from any women who might like to be self-employed, living in Tallaght and surrounding areas who are working in the home, working part time, or not working at all – all are welcome to apply. The course will be one half day per week over 30 weeks.
As the programme is sponsored by the ESF, women who attend do not have to pay for this very valuable opportunity! If you’re interested in coming along, please call reception at 01 4145700 or email Diane Richmond and mention WEBNET.
WEBNET is in initiative of Partas, see our Facebook page for details.
RISE - ReDesign in Social Enterprise
The Rise programme is radically different from the majority of programmes availablefor Social Enterprise development.
Based on a three-year pan-European research programme (on why social enterprises have failed to achieve sustainability) this programme incorporates two cutting- edge entrepreneurial processes – design thinking and action coaching.
Free to a limited number of applicants, training and mentoring with an estimated commercial value of €15,000 is now available to selected social entrepreneurs and social enterprises with ambitious plans for growth and impact.
For the Impact-driven Social Entrepreneur, weary of traditional business development approaches, this course teaches disruptive thinking, rapid prototyping and self-funded sustainable approaches.
